Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Lead times for products are subject to change at any time and there is no guarantee when your order will ship. You will receive a notification when your shipping labels have been created along with tracking information.

Currently, we only ship to the United States (lower 48) from our locations in Brookfield, WI and Mooresville, NC.

Shipping Rates and Freight Quotes

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will be able to select the shipping method at checkout or cart, which will also display the estimated transit time.

If you need a freight quote, fill out EGA's freight quote form.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You can also go to your account page to view your order status.
