Can I return my order?
Return Policy
- The following complete, as new, products are returnable if authorized in writing by EGA, subject to inspection at the factory to determine that the product is resalable as new
- Products are available to be returned within 30 days from delivery date
- A restocking charge of 20% will be made and return freight will not be paid by EGA. Original freight bill from EGA to customer will not be EGA’s responsibility
- Materials which can be made resalable as new by simple additions or repainting will be salvaged at returner’s expense

Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation Policy
- We will cancel standard item order (that doesn't require an approval drawing or is noncancelable/nonreturnable) any order within 2 days of the order without cancellation charge; beyond that, cancellation charges will be required to cover the cost incurred
- Cancellations cannot be accepted without a fee after material has been cut to size or started in the manufacturing process or if an approval drawing has been sent

Damaged Goods
- Before accepting goods from a transportation company, be sure each itemized article is received as per original bill of lading and our invoice. If there is any shortage or damage, have the agent of the carrier, or his representative, state in writing on the freight bill(s) exactly what the shortage or damage is before accepting the goods
- If discovery of loss or concealed damage is made after you have received the goods, notify the agent of the carrier within 48 hours in the case of apparent damage or loss, or within 15 days in case of concealed damage
